NOW Education are recruiting for a teaching assistant to work at a mainstream primary school in Birkenhead. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 08.30am pm.

Have you previously worked in the care, support or youth sectors? Have you previously worked with children? Do you have experience with SEND? Are you looking for an exciting career change? Are you completing a teaching assistant course or PGCE and need the relevant experience in order to do so? If you have answered 'yes' to any of these questions - look no further


The school is based within a 10-minute walk from Birkenhead Central train station, and also boasts a generous staff car park.

You will be working in a reception class with a child with ASD.

This is a one to one position and your main duty is to ensure that the child's emotional needs are satisfied.

£70.00-£85.00 per day


Schedule:

Experience:


  • Special education: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred)
