Learning and Development Advisor - The Role:

Learning and Development Advisor - Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the development and delivery of the College's CPD plan; liaising with other delivery teams and external providers and working with managers to assess both individual, departmental and organisational learning and development needs
  • Deliver training sessions to employees and managers and facilitate staff events including the College Welcome event
  • Coordinate the College's Professional Development Review scheme and manage the Performance and L&D modules in the HR system (iTrent)
  • Coordinate the annual employee engagement survey and subsequent action planning

Learning and Development Advisor - You:

  • You will have excellent facilitation skills and experience of organising and facilitating staff sessions and events
  • You will have excellent oral communication skills; able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people in various settings
  • You will be a highly organised individual, capable of managing a variety of tasks and ensuring priorities are addressed and deadlines are met
  • You will have a qualification in learning and development and will be qualified to CIPD Level 3, but ideally Level
  • Experience of using MHR I-Trent would be an advantage
