We are the UK's largest manufacturer of machine rounded timber.

We are currently looking to expand our production team to join our small family run sawmill.

We are recruiting the following:
2 x Machine Operators

1 x General Production Operator

1 x FLT Machine Operator

The roles are Full-time and Permanent, working 44 hours per week, between 6.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6.30am till 12.30pm Friday.

Duties will include:

Ensuring products are produced effectively and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Banding packs right first time, not right first time and rejects.
Ensuring correct and accurate labelling of finished products.
Carrying out basic service work: clear pointer, change blades, set cross cut etc.
Responsible for housekeeping in your area of work.
Reporting any damage or breakdowns.
Assisting colleagues as and when required by undertaking additional tasks within the business.
Cooperating on quality, health and safety matters and suggest improvements as part of a team.
