Mon - Friday 8.30am - 5pm hours per week

In simple terms, Chevron Traffic Management is the company that sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversions routes or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe while roadworks are underway.

It also involves innovation and technology so we can improve safety and help our industry to reduce our carbon footprint.

About the role of Project Co-Ordinator:
Responsibilities as a Project Co-Ordinator:
- Day to day management of a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Dealing with incoming enquires and processing internal enquiries
- Ensure all Company processes and policies are adhered to
- Ensure all existing and potential client and project data is recorded in the relevant company systems
- Assume responsibility for ensuring appropriate PO cover from clients for the timely invoicing of completed works
- Any other duties required by the Team Leader
- Competent in Microsoft programmes
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication
- Reliable/punctual as this is a time critical environment
- Traffic Management Experience
- Project Coordinator Experience
- Experience within a similar role
- After qualifying service period of 2 years
