Full time, Permanent

37 Hours per week,

£ 35,150.00 per annum*-

We are looking for an experienced individual to work within our Asset Management department.

We are on the lookout for passionate, hands-on and proactive individuals with strong decision-making abilities, knowledge of building maintenance and dealing with customers.

The ability to deliver and be adaptable is key to this position. Our aim is to provide good-quality, safe homes that people want to live in.


The Asset Management Team is integral to the operation of ClwydAlyn's day to day activities and is a fast-paced but supportive environment.

We are responsible for supporting all other aspects of the company, managing a significant budget, and representing Value for Money to ensure ClwydAlyn is fully compliant.


In the role of Asset Management Officer, you will ensure our property portfolio is well-maintained, safe to live in and fit for purpose whilst achieving the highest standards.

You will have experience of managing and maintaining buildings.


This role has a flexible approach to location, with a blend of working from home, from our schemes and undertaking site visits.

Minimum Requirements for the role:


  • You will hold a full driving licence.
  • HNC Construction or equivalent, or relevant experience working towards professional qualification and/or membership to CIOB.
