Catalent is currently recruiting for a
Batch Record Production Coordinator to join our Bathgate team.


Your role as a
Batch Record Production Coordinator will see you create detailed batch records used in the packaging of pre clinical pharmaceutical products.

This informs the labelling and assembly teams on what should occur a t the various stages of production in order to produce the final packaged product.


The Role

  • Generate clinical trial packaging documentation to meet Catalent, Client, Study and Regulatory requirements.
  • Complete documentation in accordance to relevant SOPs and to comply with GMP.
  • Maintain high quality standards ensuring all deviations are documented as required.
  • Report to your Line Manager any issues which may impact on the quality or timelines specified for the packaging of supplies.
  • Competently perform tasks as detailed by the Preproduction skills matrix.
  • Participate in the implementation of any new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to Preproduction department.
  • Maintain a personal training record and attend training sessions as required.
  • Participate in any process improvement initiatives to support Preproduction department, Bathgate site or wider Catalent organisation, as appropriate.
  • English pass at Higher level or equivalent
  • Attention to detail
  • Pharma experience or education highly advantageous
  • Experience in GMP or GDP highly advantageous
  • Good IT skills
  • Proactive
  • Adaptable
