1st Line Technical IT Support Analyst Scarborough - Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, Citrix, IOS/MAC, Service Now, MS Teams, VPN, Remote Support
- 2013/2016/Office 36 Windows 10/11 (IOS and Mac OSX advantageous
- Experience using call logging system
- Knowledge of Citrix (not essential)
- Active Directory / Azure AD. Adding/Deleting users assigning OU's and access rights
- GPO
- MS Teams
- Remote logon/ Support etc
This is an excellent opportunity where permanent work will also present itself if you wished to move into a perm role.
