Job Title:
Warehouse Leader


Location:
Lochgelly, Fife, Scotland


Contract Type:
Full Time


Salary/Rate:
£23,000 pro-rata + depending on contributions.


Requirements:

Monday to Sunday on a three-day working week 9am - 9pm on an 8-hour working day with a maximum of 48 hours per week (overtime from 40 hours).


Experience:
Minimum 2 years of warehouse/depot team leader

Description
Tasked with running and operating the warehouse when scheduled to work. Be responsible for the warehouse in its entirety. Consistent communication with management team. Responsible for all event equipment, the loading and unloading of vans and maintenance of vehicles. Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules.


Key Responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Working closely with Operations Manager, Office Manager and Directors
  • Working with high standards ensure expectations are met
  • Maintaining good housekeeping within the warehouse/depot thus guaranteeing the safety of internal staff.
  • The ability to develop a strong understanding of the company's products and customers.
  • Preparing and maintaining all event equipment
  • Liaising with the event team pre and post events
  • Undertaking administrative tasks when needed
  • Experience in warehouse activities
  • Skilled problem solver in planning and coordinating
  • Strong autonomy
  • Confident leading a team when needed
