JOB TITLE:
Manual sprayer (Paint/Glue)

SALARY:
Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Sanding and preparation of counterweights for spray operations.
Spray/Glue Painting
Meet set targets while working in a high-volume production setting.
Paint spraying of single and 2 pack paints.
Report defects and possible issues to be rectified before paint/glue
Ensure proper handling, cleaning and storage of painting/glue equipment.
Ensure proper handling of equipment to minimise damage through spray process.
Ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
Leave working areas in a fit state to ensure no unnecessary health and safety risks prevail. Work in a manner that ensures the safety of oneself and other colleagues.

General

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Criteria

Qualifications, Experience with industrial air/air less paint & Experience spraying equipment
2 years' experience working in a similar environment.
Previous experience in painting 2 pack paints

Skills and Competencies

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at all levels of the business successfully
Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
Flexibility to move between required tasks, business needs and departments
