Job Title :
Band 3 Higher Clerical Officer


Location :
Craigavon

Duration : 3-6 months initially

Rate : 11.11 p/h

Hours : 37.5 hpw

Summary of Duties

  • Red Flag suspect cancer patients appointments will not be booked and could delay patient suspect cancer pathways.
  • Backlog on suspect cancer referrals on NIECR
  • Red flag team will be under pressure
  • Red flag referrals will be delayed in sending for triage which will affect the services
  • Outpatient clinics may not be fully utilised. Weekly failsafe reports could not be checked to ensure that all patients who have been referred in as RF have been received.
Criteria

  • 1.4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification and 1 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role.

Or
2 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role.


  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel or equivalent
