CRD Property Renovations and Reinstatements Ltd was established in 2016 as a property maintenance company specialising in asbestos reinstatement and redevelopment work.

Due to recent investment and long-term contract awards, CRD based in Rutherglen, Glasgow is experiencing a successful period of sustainable growth providing many opportunities within the company.


Overview:


The office team is currently expanding and are looking for an apprentice to work their way into the company where they will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of duties.


This amazing opportunity has become available for a confident and personable individual to join CRD Property Ltd as their office apprentice.


Duties:


  • Answering phones and directing calls logging information onto CRM system
  • Sorting Invoices/Statements to be mailed
  • Deal with outgoing mail outlook
  • Managing shared mail boxes outlook
  • Electronic Filing
  • Raise work orders using system one serve
  • Assist with managerial scheduling and planning
  • Maintain company records excel
  • Manage accounts

Salary:

- £14,605.50 per annum (salary increases will occur on successful completion of 6 months rising to £16,000 p/a and on successful completion of apprenticeship to £17,000 p/a)


Working week:


  • Hours are expected to be full time 9am
  • 5pm, Monday-Friday, 30 mins lunch break.

Future prospects:

90% of QA Apprentices secure full-time employment after finishing their apprenticeship.

Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager.

They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
