Electrical Supervisor

Basic salary £37,085 - £41,952 (dependent on experience)

We are looking to recruit a dynamic Supervisor to oversee a high-profile, fast paced element of our business.

We provide a diverse range of services across domestic, commercial, private & public sector environments.

37 hours a week, Monday to Friday
26 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays,
Defined Benefit Pension Scheme with c. 18.5% employer contributions (and 3 x salary life cover)

The main requirements are for you to have:


  • Qualified craft/trade background and a comprehensive knowledge of the Electrical industry

  • Extensive supervisory experience in an electrical environment.
  • A proven track record of effectively managing cost and maximising efficiency.
  • The confidence to challenge processes and procedures.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to doing things right
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and areas.
  • Previous Supervisory experience within a maintenance and installation environment including testing.

Salary:

£37,085.00-£41,952.00 per year
