Our client is a premium automotive retailer who are looking for a Business Manager based at their Rochdale centre. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.

The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West.

As a Business Manager, supervising a team of sales executives and ensuring the achievementof product and finance targets, as agreed with the sales manager.

In return, the Business Manager can expect a salary of £26,750 with an OTE of £46,750.

Role & Responsibilities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of sales executives
Maximise the volume of products and finance sold with customer purchases
Ensuring that all sales processes are adhered to and managed to ensure optimal results
Complete part-exchange appraisals and customer finance agreements
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in a Business Manager role
Prestige automotive background is preferred but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Desire to succeed and progress
Ability to thrive under pressure
