**Project Assistant Full time, hybrid role
Monday - Friday
Salary £20,000 -£25, 000 per annum (depends on experience)**
Based in Kington upon Thames area


We are currently recruiting for a lively events company who are looking for a Project Assistant to work within their team.

Within this team you will be responsible for building registration websites, mobile apps and data management, all while standing behindthe varied and vital banner of Support for the Project Management team.

This will include taking responsibility for the management and delivery of elements relating to multiple projects using our inhouse digital tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a diverse range of meetings, conferences, and virtual events on behalf of our clients. This will include event registration websites and event apps
  • To support the team with managing event inboxes, making amends to websites, pulling delegate reports, taking call notes and general event admin
  • To assist with event logistics across client events, including arranging and booking travel and accommodation
  • To liaise with third parties including venues and suppliers
  • To work in partnership with internal business units, including creative design, technical production, digital services, content creation to deliver outstanding results for our clients
  • To ensure all team members are updated throughout the event life cycle
  • To provide support for projects across the UK and internationally
  • To actively promote the company and its services wherever possible; to grow projects and offer additional group services
  • To give clear briefs to all members of the team to ensure successful and timely delivery of the event
  • Continuously look at ways of increasing ease of communication and systems between the teams

Personal Specification

  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients
  • A great telephone manner and impeccable customer service
  • Confident dealing with suppliers, including venues and hotels
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
  • Customerfocused at all times
  • Solid understanding of how event technologies can be utilised at events
  • Independent worker, taking responsibility for your own actions.
  • An eye for the little things and attention to detail

  • Building trust with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
