Coleg Sir Gar have an exciting opportunity for a Registry Offier to join our busy registry team on a permanent basis, based at our Graig Campus in Llanelli.


The Graig Campus is the largest of the five campuses of Coleg Sir Gâr and is based close to the village of Pwll on the South West Wales coast in Llanelli.

With views over the neighbouring Gower peninsula, the Campus is a great place to work and study with a range of well-resourced teaching facilities and the Hwb, a contemporary designed student area for personal support and learning.


About the Role


The post will see the successful applicant play a central role in the collection and supply of further and higher education data, from which the College is funded and its performance monitored.

This role will involve collaboration with a range of departments across the College to administer activities related to enrolment, fee collection, registration, examination and attainment; therefore meeting requirements set by Welsh Government, Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and awarding organisations to name only a few.


What you will need
To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience relevant to the post
  • GCSE English and Mathematics at minimum Grade C or O Level equivalent
  • Relevant experience of administration
  • Experience of databases for recording and reporting data

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£24,346.00-£29,500.00 per year
