We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant at our Distribution Centre in Maidenhead assist with our Stock Control and Deliveries.

In addition you will be required to provide support in day to day administration, facility management and maintenance.


You will have experience of working within a warehouse environment and it is desirable that you have a Forklift Counter Balance License.

Being well organised and able to multi-task in a demanding environment is essential.

In addition, you will need to beable to work on your own and as part of a team, possess a proactive 'can do attitude' and excellent Data Entry/IT skills.


Key responsibilities:

  • To assemble storage packs
  • To accurately pick and pack orders for Stores and the Web Shop
  • To ensure that adequate stock is available to meet the demands of the Web Shop.
  • To load and unload stock using the Company forklift
  • To check the quality and quantity of all goods received before acceptance
  • To liaise with the distribution company drivers for stock deliveries / returns to / from stores
  • To liaise with stores regarding deliveries / returns
  • To assist with the input of stock movement onto Space Manager and Navision
  • To correctly file all stock movement documentation
  • To maintain the service standards on a daily basis
  • To stack empty pallets in a tidy manner and to prepare them for collection
  • To comply with the Store and Company Health and Safety Plans to ensure the Health and Safety of all staff and visitors
  • To comply with emergency procedures relating to staff and visitors

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Has a proactive 'can do' attitude with drive and flexibility.
  • Can remain calm when under pressure.
The role is a full time, 37.5 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm (flexibility is required)
