Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in person
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales goals

Salary:
From £25,400.44 per year
