You will be based at a large modern Gallery which is has over hundreds years of Art stored and displayed.

Being a Lead Officer will you be responsible for walking the floors to monitor and manage service delivery, assist the DSM's, cover Control Room Supervisor when on breaks and ensure all operational staffing levels are correct.

Main Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate special events and VIP visits
Investigate incidents
Complete monthly SWDP
Monitor and escalate any system faults
Supervise the FOH officers

Ability to act and think quickly in an emergency
