Production Operative

We are recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity; 24-7 Recruitment are looking for Production Operative (s) working in a manufacturing and production environment.

In this new and exciting role as
Production Operative , you will be working for a food production business, in which you will be expected to demonstrate understanding of the required standards and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Key skills we are searching for are communication, organisation, and time management skills.

:Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00
Payrate:£10.42** per hour, Contract type: Temporary (ongoing)

Main responsibilities as a Production Operative in Birmingham include:

Operating and cleaning assembly and food production machinery and also hand-held tools
Informing Supervisors of faulty machinery or production issues (manufacturing and production )
Monitoring a production or assembly line and conducting basic testing and quality checks
Storing food goods and raw material in a factory and warehouse, which may involve operating lifting equipment.
Adhering to strict relevant food health and safety regulations when operating machinery and handling products
Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous material
Adhering to operational procedures and production timelines
