We are currently working with a multi-disciplined Preston based firm who are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Paralegal to join their expanding Civil Litigation team on a full time, permanent basis.

The role is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior experience with Debt Recovery looking to progress their career. There is huge scope for progression within this firm.

The role will include the following duties:

  • Working within an expanding team
  • Assisting experienced Solicitors alongside managing your own caseload with supervision
  • Handling a varied caseload of immigration, civil and commercial litigation, and debt recovery matters
  • Attending Court where required
  • Ambitious Paralegal with prior experience in civil and commercial litigation and debt recovery matters
  • Excellent team player and fast learner
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Proactive
  • Able to undertake chargeable legal work
  • Prior experience as a paralegal
  • Prior experience using a case management system (ideally Proclaim)
