This team support the delivery of our Foundation programs and activities across EMEA working with our Regional Manager.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the working at pace and has a passion for making a difference in local communities.

What role will you play?


Your strong interpersonal skills will make you a critical point person managing the administration for the team, providing guidance and support around our staff engagement initiatives, responding to staff inquiries, and giving advice around policies, managing a range of events hosted in London, communications support and supporting initiatives such as our annual Foundation and Social Mobility Weeks and our employee network groups.

You will be comfortable working flexibly and enjoy being part of a global team.

We are looking for someone who can lead the administration and co-ordination of our regional work and engage and advise our staff.


What you offer

  • 13 years' experience working with a fast paced, corporate environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills including record keeping and responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
  • General assistant experience; scheduling diaries, organizing travel, payments (donations, corporate credit cards, suppliers) ideally in a corporate context.
  • Experience in event management and logistics
  • Financial process management; invoicing, and data analysis experience.
