ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Spa Receptionist reporting to the Spa Manager at W Edinburgh, you will have a vital role in ensuring all guests enjoy a pampered and relaxed experience throughout their visit.
Joining the team means being a significant contributor to the success of the hotel's operations and more. We are searching for someone who is enthusiastic about their work, enjoys acquiring new skills, and excels as a brand representative.

Key responsibilities of the Spa Receptionist include:

Managing the reservation system, scheduling services for clients and groups using spa reservation systems.
Updating scheduled treatments and handling any changes promptly.
Maintaining an updated list of reservations/cancellations, communicating last-minute changes to providers, and resolving scheduling conflicts as necessary in collaboration with supervisors/managers.
Welcoming guests for appointments, offering a general spa orientation upon arrival.
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all products and treatments available.
Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness in the Spa premises.
Collaborating effectively with fellow therapists and the broader hotel team to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay.
