We have an exciting opportunity for a clinical lead to join the CYP CEDS North of Tyne team.


Part of the role will be supporting the team manager and clinical manager with delivering effective assessment & treatment and ensuring a good experience for our patients and carers.

The main duties of the job will be leading on audits, ensuring high quality clinical standards across the team. Providing robust clinical and caseload management supervision.


Liaising and networking with partner agencies, leading on complex safeguarding and clinical situations and supporting the continued work in being CQC ready, supporting the operational manager with meeting performance indicators and providing training & attending partner agency meetings and leading on MDT working.


Other aspects of the role will include chairing after action reviews, investigating complaints and using your clinical experience and skills to support the wider workforce.

Carrying out audit and research

Caseload management & clinical supervision

Completing high quality documentation and record keeping standards

Attending, chairing and leading on complex case discussions, meetings and MDT's with internal and external partner organisations.

Being actively involved in supporting staff members wellbeing.

Being pivotal in the upcoming service improvement work.

The post is full time working across Mon - Friday 9-5
