Recruitment is therefore at the very core of the organisation, ensuring the business continues to progress whilst maintaining a superb culture.
This role extends across the whole organisation, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, retention, culture and wellbeing.Importantly the role will also contribute to business strategy, process and systems, guiding, and advising the senior team with genuine influence.
Leading recruitment itself will remain fundamental, including exploring options to recruit from outside the UK - establishing relationships with potential suppliers and support services.
There are huge opportunities to be innovative, working alongside marketing to make the best use of social media and other platforms.
The overriding focus will be to develop the recruitment strategy and ensure the business is seen as an employer of choice, with the people, processes and systems in place to maintain that status.
The role is predominantly office based, with a need for some travel to the various sites all within the South East.
Salary:
£55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wimbledon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
