Description
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to upsell products or services.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Enter customer data and update account information in the system
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities
  • Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,495.65 per year
