Description
need to have previous administrative experience in construction and a good knowledge of MS packages - to also include outlook (SharePoint would be beneficial)
- experience with document control would be an extreme advantage.
- be able to assist across our sector with operational and commercial supports / tasks.


Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
  • Knowledge of order entry systems and inventory management
  • Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
