Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and prospects.
  • Manage and organize schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients to promote our services and offerings.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the property market.
  • Arranging and attending viewing with clients

Requirements:


  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Strong diary and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability and drive to sell.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and presenting solutions.
  • Personable and friendly demeanor.
  • Previous experience working with the public.
  • Genuine interest in the property industry.
  • Full UK driving license.

Job Types:

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
