An innovative and unique Marketing Technology and Creative Production company is currently recruiting an Digital Account Manager paying £35,000+ benefits with an incredible company culture.
This role would suit a more technical, strategic mind-set than creative
The key responsibilities will include;
- You will be working with the Product Information Management model across all channels, workflows and processes and you wil become an expert user for the clients
- Establish and build client relations for the support and engagement to local eCommerce teams
- Strategically consult on the development of deliverables at all stages to ensure that it meets and exceeds client expectations
- Provide reports and insights to client stakeholders and the wider global operations team
- You will lead team meetings, identifying and addressing possible queries raised or escalating when appropriate
- Lead and ensure execution of established account process across team
- Lead local contact for support and engagement to eCommerce teams, retailers, agencies and program team
- Foster a culture of expertise and operational excellence
- Main point of contact for support and engagement clients and stakeholders
- Market onboarding, Training and Support
- Monthly reporting and updating training materials
- Work with the wider team to generate new ideas to enhance client and PIM performance
- Operate on industry best practice and deliver value and excellence
The successful applicant;
- 24 years' industry experience in Media, Martech, PIM (Product Information Management), Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, Project Manager or Account Management
- Experience in project management or account management
- Building strong client relationships, offering solutions and being proactive and strategic
- You must possess strong technical ability and having an analytical eye and strong attention to detail. You must be intermediate in Excel
- Exceptional communication skills verbal, written and presentation skills
- Great client servicing skills with the ability to manage expectations and deliver on projects. Ideally with experience leading or managing a team.
