Description

At Alba Trees we sell approximately 20 million trees per annum and are one of the largest suppliers to the woodland and hedging sectors.

We are looking to recruit a Forklift Driver who will operate our Counterbalance Forklift Machines based at our Gladsmuir tree nursery.

You will also support our Dispatch process collating orders

This exciting role will involve working closely with members of the Production & Dispatch Teams. This role is key to our operation and you will play an important part in it.

You will be moving stock to its correct locations and loading in onto our vehicles as part of your daily routine.

Applicants must be passionate about delivering great service in the team and enjoy working in an agricultural / production style environment.

You will be a team player and good communicator, who is keen to learn new skills and share them with your team.

A strong awareness of health & safety requirements is vital to comply with legislation and follow company processes.

Good communication skills and an organised approach to work are key to this role.

Salary:
£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
