Basic:
£27,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Role:
Support escalations, projects, deployments, and ad-hoc activities for clients. Long-term progression into a Technical Consultant.

Location:
Hybrid - must be able to commute to client site across the UK and Cheshire based office

Due to growth, they are looking for an IT Engineer to support the Consultancy Team with client escalations, BAU support, migrations, projects, and deployments.

You will use your broad experience across infrastructure and networking to support and managea variety of technologies.

You will have the chance to progress your career - learning new technologies and gaining professional qualifications and ultimately have the chance to progress long-term into a Technical Consultant.

This is a brilliant opportunityfor a highly skilled and capable individual to join their growing Consultancy Team where you will work closely with the customer and support team to engage solutions deployed with outstanding vendors and market leading technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Engineer**- Support clients with a variety of technical support, BAU migrations, and new project work

Support Technical Consultants with technical deployments
Analysing problems and make recommendations to the wider team and customer
Prepare documentation and packaging of new technology systems and services to customer and the wider business including progress reports and post consultancy project handover

Experience Required:
IT Engineer**- Previous experience in a 2nd or 3rd Line Support role or similar i.e. Technical Engineer, IT Engineer, Technical Support, IT Support, or Infrastructure Analyst
