Description

This position will require you to build strong relationships to account manage Primary Care Stakeholders across a broad range of digital products and services; to include advice and signposting of existing products and services.

Supporting the implementation of new products and services the Primary Care Facilitator will use a range of coaching and mentoring techniques to enable Primary Care Stakeholders to utilise digital services efficiently and effectively.

Evidence of delivering customer services in a Primary Care setting, working on own initiative with a proactive and flexible approach to working is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to travel, which may require overnight stays
