An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to support the Liaison Psychiatry and Street Triage Wirral Team based in Arrowe Park Hospital.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team, who possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

We are a supportive, competent and caring team.

We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the First Response Service, to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.

Main duties of the job:

The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, undertake typing of correspondence, reports, agenda and minutes using either Winscribe or copy typing to a team of Care Navigators.

The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.

This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team.

The applicant may be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues within the First Response Service as and when required.

Working for our organisation:
