Here at Interlink we have been instructed of a unique opportunity to run an Employment department at a Manchester based firm


An exciting position for someone who is keen to take a step in managing a team and driving a varied caseload forward.

You will be responsible for a caseload of protective award litigation as well as other employment law files.


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5PQE in Employment law
  • A strong technical background
  • The ability to successfully manage their own case load

You will be able to:

  • Demonstrate a commercial approach to the delivery of employment law services
  • Good practical skills; including proven advocacy and negotiation skills
  • Excellent personal organisation skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict time limits.


This role offers a flexible approach with the scope to be based anywhere in the UK with visits to the office a couple of times a month.
