Psychologist Therapist - Band 7 Learning Disability Adult Services (Part time/job share considered)Are you looking for the chance to work creatively within a dynamic team with a client group of adults with learning disabilities and Autism with a range of diverse clinical needs within North Staffordshire
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the specialist field of Learning Disability and experience of delivering psychological interventions; with a core qualification in at least one relevant therapeutic model.
Working predominately within the community team but reaching into inpatient services and across into the Intensive Support team.
The post-holder will be expected to deliver expert and effective psychological services assessments, formulations and interventions within their own caseload, and support and offer training to MDTs where needed.
The post will operate with the support and supervision from Consultant Clinical Psychologists and the team's Band 8 Clinical Psychologist.
Combined Health Care has a CQC rating of outstanding and there are good opportunities for ongoing CPD within the team.
