Description

Dunbar Education are currently looking for dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join our Primary Schools in Northampton.

This is a full-time role that requires you to provide 1-1 support to students with needs such as challenging behaviour and ASD.

You must be willing to take on responsibility and show initiative when faced with difficult situations.

You will also need to have strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills and a passion for helping others achieve their full potential.

A positive outlook, enthusiasm, patience, and creativity will be essential qualities for this role.

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.

In addition, up-to-date knowledge of strategies used to manage behaviour as well as experience in developing programmes suitable for pupils with special educational needsis desired but not essential.
