JGA are pleased to be working with a national leading property organisation who are seeking a talented payroll specialist to become their new payroll co-ordinator.

In this role you will:

Assisting the payroll manager in processing 10 UK monthly employee payroll end to end process across ten payrolls using Cascade Payroll.
Effectively plan and manage own workload, managing, servicing and delivering payroll to agreed deadlines.
Validating and inputting all data received to agreed deadlines
Inputting of monthly payroll data into the payroll system
Processing new starters, leavers and contract changes.
Inputting, calculation and recording of statutory payments such as SMP
Processing and submission of relevant HMRC forms including RTI P45, P46 etc.
Assisting yearend payroll procedures and completion of Class 1A NIC's and P11Ds
Providing the monthly payroll reports to finance and providing detailed information to support understanding of payroll costs.
