This role involves assisting the Quality Assurance Manager with day-to-day activities and managing areas of the Quality Management System independently.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support with the continual development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Assist with daytoday tasks and coordination of team members and workloads
  • Assist with preparing for audits with external providers
  • Assist with internal communications relevant to the QMS
  • Manage the internal quality auditing programme and lead a team of internal auditors
  • Train internal auditors and become first point of contact for internal auditing queries
  • Maintain the customer care process and continually monitor results from customer care interviews
  • Update guidance and resources relevant to the QMS and ensuring they are reviewed on a regular basis
  • Manage the root cause identification process and analysis from internal and external audits

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Internal audit qualification or Lead Auditor Qualification preferable (ISO9001).
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Experience of administering ISO9001 and conducting internal audits.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels of business.
  • Experience of training others and presenting preferable.
  • Ability to travel to other offices within the UK
