Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading green energy company in their search for Collections Assistants This is a fantastic role if you are looking for your first office position.


Day to day:

  • Discussing payment plans with customers and helping with any queries
  • Setting up new payment plans and being empathetic to customers needs
  • Updating the systems and general office administration

We would love to see:

  • A background in customer service, can be retail or hospitality
  • Confidence speaking over the phone to customers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence handling sensitive conversations regarding customer finances
