Hire Desk Controller to join our team at our head office in Trafford Park.

You will be the face of our business and the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered.

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

What will you do?

Embrace sales initiatives across the hub, building strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of service across the board.
Maintain professional standards of product knowledge and providing support to our customers looking to get the right product.

What we're looking for?

Friendly telephone manner
Strong customer focus and genuine desire to help
Experience within Hire industry is preferable but not essential
Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
A proactive and optimistic attitude
A desire to learn and expand on existing product knowledge
