Description

Fantastic administrator position based in Macclesfield.
Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

As an administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the office


Key duties include:

  • General office admin such as scanning, supporting corporate events and managing inbound calls.
  • Help with credit control and reviewing orders with the sales and accounts team as well as HR.
  • Utilising the company systems to update dashboards.
  • Ensure import and export documentation is to the highest quality.
  • Aiding the management with any administration
  • Review of administration process and ad hoc general duties.
  • Working independently as well as a team
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Knowledge or exposure to MRP and Sage 50 desirable
  • A cando attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or supply chain industry is desirable
