Description
Fantastic administrator position based in Macclesfield.
Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
As an administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the office
Key duties include:
- General office admin such as scanning, supporting corporate events and managing inbound calls.
- Help with credit control and reviewing orders with the sales and accounts team as well as HR.
- Utilising the company systems to update dashboards.
- Ensure import and export documentation is to the highest quality.
- Aiding the management with any administration
- Review of administration process and ad hoc general duties.
- Working independently as well as a team
- Ability to communicate well
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Knowledge or exposure to MRP and Sage 50 desirable
- A cando attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in manufacturing or supply chain industry is desirable
