Responsibilities:

Assist qualified Pharmacists and Technicians in the preparation of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle stock management tasks, including ordering.
Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively with patients over the phone, providing clear instructions and information.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all dispensing activities.
Adhere to pharmacy regulations and protocols, ensuring compliance at all times.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of one year's experience working as a Pharmacy Dispenser.
Enthusiastic and motivated to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with patients on the phone.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in dispensing activities.
Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and protocols.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
