Full Job Description
The HR Dept provides the complete range of outsourced HR solutions to small and medium sized businesses


Role Title:
Apprentice HR Administrator


Reports to:
Managing Director


Purpose of Role:

To provide administrative support for the business.


Location:

Based at our stockport office. May be required to attend our other offices or offices of our customers or attend events as required.


Main Duties:


  • Telephone response to answer incoming calls and take details of advice requested
  • Uploading advice and documents to our advice system
  • Formatting and drafting simple documents as required by the advisors.
  • Supporting the team with clients' campaigns such as recruitment
  • Learning our CRM system to be able to respond to clients
  • Manage social media posts and engagement
  • Liaising with third party providers, e.g. occupational health, payroll, recruitment agencies etc.
  • Note taking and typing up recordings of meetings
  • Making regular customer contact calls and to potential clients
  • Looking for HR related jobs on indeed, reed and total jobs to offer outsourced HR instead.
  • We are a small team, so it is likely that the post holder will be required to carry out many other administrative related tasks to support the business with client requirements

Qualifications and experience required for this role:

  • Previous administrative experience is desirable
  • Enthusiasm to build a career in HR/Recruitment
  • Well organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic to learn


  • IT literate

  • Word & Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Willing to study for CIPD qualification
