We have an exciting opportunity to join a large care organisation with over 600 members of staff in a newly created role as an HR Assistant.

This role would be working as part of a small but fast-paced HR Team.


Our client is looking for ambitious HR professionals with a can-do attitude to support their HR team and line managers in a generalist HR capacity.

You will manage the recruitment process for the company from start to finish, being the primary user of ATS. You will write and place adverts, liaise with Managers about recruitment requirements, arrange interviews. You will also be responsible for issuing offer letters, contracts and completing pre-employment checks.


In addition to the primary focus of recruitment, you will support the delivery of an effective HR service to the business through HR administrative provision and project work being involved in (but not limited to) compliance audits, administration of employee relations cases, absence management and ad hoc duties.

You will be a highly organised, friendly person with excellent telephone and written skills and a good level of computer skills, with the ability to problem solve and work at pace.
