We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and skilled Clinical Support Services Coordinator to work 24 hours a week over 4 days (07.45am - 1.45pm).

We support a diverse range of people across the borough of Hounslow and Richmond.


The role of the Clinical Support Services Coordinator is to assist with the day to day running of Centre House, supporting not only colleagues but clients and visitors to the centre as well.

Applicants must be computer literate. A pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. Experience would be an advantage but, is not essential as training can be provided.


In addition applicants will need to be adaptable and flexible team player, act on their own initiative on a daily basis and have a willingness to embrace change as and when required to ensure the effective running of the centre, prioritise their own workload with guidance from the Clinical Support Services Administrator.


Duties include receiving telephone calls and forwarding to the appropriate team member or take messages as and when required, receive visitors, process orders, report any faults to relevant parties and monitor until any issues are resolved in addition to other tasks.

In addition, may also have to provide cross cover during periods of staff absence.
