Description

To assist and support the registered nurse, under supervision, with the delivery of direct patient care, with the needs of the patient at the centre of care delivery

To improve the patient experience

General Responsibilitie

To support the nursing team and contribute to the care delivery
Provide effective evidencebased care for patients within the department under the indirect supervision and delegation of the Registered Nurse.
To work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including patients and families.
To promote a positive image of the Trust, Clinical Directorates and departments.
