A leading law firm with a strong reputation and supportive culture are looking for a Partner Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis.


About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead and focus on end-to-end recruitment for partner level hires


Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with Executive Committee on approvals and business cases
  • Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external agencies
  • Manging end to end recruitment for partners, including the onboarding process
  • Represent firm at external recruitment events
  • Measure and monitor business goals
  • Promote best practice including championing direct sourcing methods
