Bailey Employment Services are recruiting for a prestigious client based at their contact centre in Chester.
Our client is one of the UK's largest financial services groups, and they play a vital role in supporting the people, businesses and communities they serve, creating a thriving UK economy.
The Role:
- Inbound customer service
- Dealing promptly and accurately with a wide variety of customer enquiries, relating to a wide range of financial products and services
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, handling all enquiries professionally and accurately
- Keeping customer records up to date
- Full time 35 hours per week 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern
- 8 hour days between the hours of 7am and 9pm
- 8 weeks notice of confirmed shift pattern
- Full 6 weeks' worth of training provided
