We are currently seeking a Psychology Graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual who is looking to pursue a career in education and make a real difference in the lives of children.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and activities
  • Providing onetoone support for children with SEND
  • Encouraging and facilitating the social and emotional development of the children
  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of learning resources and equipment
  • Monitoring and recording the progress of the children
  • Communicating regularly with parents and carers

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of SEND and experience working with children with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability
