We have a new position availabe for a co-ordinator admin assistant to organise our day works departmentThe role will include:
Organising the engineer's day to day works, planning jobs/routes day to day for our engineers to attend, raising job sheets, informing customers of attendance, creating and completing jobs, ordering any materials required for jobs, running job costs and updating notes, liaising with customers, generating quotes, general ad hoc admin duties, help in planning and organising project works with the directors, assistance when required to cover the other admin departments
Skills required:
Strong I.T. skills including proficient use of microsoft word, excel and outlook, excellent communication skills, must be a quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently, strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, self-motivated, works well as an induvial and as part of a team
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary:
£9.50-£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- WAKEFIELD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
