I am recruiting Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a well recognised professional services business in Liverpool on a permeant basis.
As part ofPeople Team youplay a key part in the full recruitment cycle.As you will likely know in the current market you will need to be strongwith a proactive approach to talent acquisition using a number of resourcing tools, some key duties will include:
- Attend interviews with hiring managers when necessary as well as scheduling them and coordinating high volume assessment centres.
- Provide advice and support to hiring managers on best practice regarding interviewing, recruitment methods, on boarding regulatory processes and advertising platforms.
- Support the delivery of recruitment and selection training for hiring managers
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes and current trends in recruitment, selection and on boarding.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with any projects, reports and MI required.
- A sound knowledge of recruitment and selection best practice and on boarding regulation such as Right to work and DBS checks
- The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- As strong attention to detail and administration skills are imperative
