I am recruiting Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a well recognised professional services business in Liverpool on a permeant basis.

As part ofPeople Team youplay a key part in the full recruitment cycle.

As you will likely know in the current market you will need to be strongwith a proactive approach to talent acquisition using a number of resourcing tools, some key duties will include:

Attend interviews with hiring managers when necessary as well as scheduling them and coordinating high volume assessment centres.
Provide advice and support to hiring managers on best practice regarding interviewing, recruitment methods, on boarding regulatory processes and advertising platforms.
Support the delivery of recruitment and selection training for hiring managers
Keep up to date with regulatory changes and current trends in recruitment, selection and on boarding.
Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with any projects, reports and MI required.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience delivering an end to end recruitment process, dealing with high volume in a fast paced environment:

A sound knowledge of recruitment and selection best practice and on boarding regulation such as Right to work and DBS checks
The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
As strong attention to detail and administration skills are imperative

Benefits:

Up to £25,000 dependent on experience
